FutureSounds live events are back this November, with ‘Double Vision’!

FutureSounds returns, with the UK live debut of Dutch Vaporwave legend, Catsystemcorp. 

The second show takes place at Folklore in Hackney (London), and follows a successful opener back in March, which saw ‘A New Dimension’ sell out a packed Post Bar in Tottenham. 

The FutureSounds team seeks to bridge the gap between the Vaporwave and Synthwave communities, both of which lean heavily into VHS glitched neon-nostalgia of the 1980s and 1990s; with the added garnish of classic city pop sets by resident DJs Enzo Van Baelen & Patrick Fakeman.

The headliners for the upcoming show are just as eclectic as first time around, and the FutureSounds team (run by UK labels My Pet Flamingo & TimeSlave Recordings alongside Patrick Fakeman) are excited to have delivered the exclusive UK live debut of Vaporwave legend 猫 シ Corp.

In addition, there are performances from Future Funk stalwart ev.exi and a Vapor infused PS1 jungle set from the in-demand Pizza Hotline. Not only that, but the show sees the return of the excellent Donor Lens and the show-stealing retrowave masters that are IVERSEN!

This one night only, intimate event will be taking place on Saturday 12th November 2022 at Folklore in Hoxton, London. Check out our new promo video, which features footage from our sell-out event in March, earlier this year.
